Go-live and handover
We test together and keep refining until you approve. You get a step-by-step widget install guide — or we talk to your developer directly. Short handover call plus a written summary at the end.

How long does it take?
Typically 2–5 business days from kick-off to go-live — with about half an hour of your time in total.
What do you need from me?
Your website address, answers to a few questions (tone, what it should and shouldn’t cover), and for webshops access to your product feed. For the widget install you get a guide, or we talk to your developer.
Do I need a subscription too?
Yes — the setup is a one-off fee alongside the monthly plan of your choice. You configure the plan on the Pricing page; setup can be added to any of them.
What if I’m not satisfied?
We test together before go-live and keep refining until you approve — without your approval we don’t consider the setup delivered.
